    Problems with Daily Challenges May 2018 and New Classic Puzzles Downloaded for Past 12 Months


    All daily challenges for this month May 2018 have problems. It allows you to complete the puzzle then freezes after hitting the get reward button and then kicks you out of the program. When you log back in the puzzle completion is not recorded either. I've
    completed every puzzle this month but none are showing as completed.

    All new Classic Puzzles that I have downloaded for the past 12 months are not working properly either. Once you complete the puzzle the program freezes on the completed puzzle picture and then kicks you out of the program. Completed puzzles are not recorded
    either so you cannot unlock the remaining puzzles in the set.

    Please fix these problems. I love this game, but am losing patience with it and will stop using it if these problems are not fixed soon.

    I was also considering upgrading to the premium version of the game, but will not be doing it until these problems are fixed.

    Play lag free

    This way has worked great for 2 days.

    Doing puzzles with no slow downs.

    Of course, you can't do Daily Challenges, just Classic and Jam.

    I too am having trouble loading the Daily Challenge Crossword. The ads and other games are loading.

    On April 11 and 12, 2018 the crossword puzzle of the Daily Challenge will not load:

    "There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team."

    There is no error number.

    The ads are loading just fine as are the other two Daily Challenge games.

    Dear Support, please look into this problem.

    3 Feb 14 Easy Classic puzzle crashes

    Ditto. This happens in the daily challenge on the easy classic puzzle. This happens on my PC. this is the second day this has happened

    Puzzles will not download

    Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

    Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

    A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

    I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.
    My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.
