    Problems with custom images


    so I’ve been trying to upload custom images for my gamer pic but recently it’s been telling me “because of my past behavior you can no longer use custom images”. But I don’t remember doing anything at all that would make it say that.

    Can anyone help me out?

    Custom gamerpics are available to anyone in the alpha ring of the insider program or if you use the beta xbox app on a windows 10 pc.

    If you use any other way to upload a custom pic you will risk enforcement action.

    Your pic must also not violate the ToU/CoC which you should read before uploading any image.
