    Problems with controllers updating


    I have 2 controllers and all of a sudden neither of them are working. I tried updating them both with brand new batteries via USB. The Xbox assist said my batteries were critically low and to connect with a USB, when it was connected with one. Does anyone
    know how to fix this issue?

    March Update messed up my controller and astro A50 Headset.

    Controller updated along with my other controllers. Still have problem! Used all other controllers. The problem did not start until this march update. Everything was fine before.

    Sometimes Xbox One accessories, attached either to the controller or console, can introduce connection issues. If you have an external hard drive, keyboard, or similar connected to your Xbox, try disconnecting it and trying again. Do
    the same for the Stereo Headset Adapter on your controller if you have it.

    If you’re trying to sync your controller using a micro-USB cable, make sure you’re using a high-quality one. Poorly made or frayed/damaged cables may not work correctly.

    Can you please try using a few alternate USB cables as not all of them are fully wired some of them only wire the the terminals that covers charging.
