    Problems with black screen


    Hello everyone,

    I have problem when i try to turn on my xbox series s i don’t have a signal on my monitor. I found some tips how to restart manualy by presing a xbox logo and pairinig bottom. They said that i need to heat 2 beeps i heare one and i hold a bottoms and xbox turn off. I don’t know what to do if some one have solution please text. I think i am stocked in 4k resolution becaouse of capture card which i use to stream and now when i try on lower cvality monitor only with hdmi cabel it does not work.

    Latest update seems to have renedered my console useless. Any suggestions.

    This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.

    Thank you for your response and for letting me know that you have already taken troubleshooting steps. I recommend the following steps:

    1. Confirm that both your TV/Monitor and console are turned on.
    2. Check that your TV/Monitor is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).
    3. Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV/Monitor are secure.
    4. Confirm that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV/Monitor" port on the console.
    5. Plug the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV/Monitor.
    6. Use a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV/Monitor.
    7. Connect your console to a different TV/Monitor.
    8. Power cycle your console by pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turning it on again.

    You're ***. I've had multiple corrupt saves. You can call the 2K support number listed on your game case/manual but they will only refund you VC if you bought any for the files...they won't fix your save.
