Problems with awards account

I keep getting good messages to update my profile to get my rewards. All my account info is correct though. does anybody know how to get this fixed. I haven't gotten my rewards in about 4 years.

Problems with avatar awards

Hey there Kempy! Could you try swapping out your storage device and trying these games again? You could also try starting a new save on the new storage device as well just to see if that changes anything. Also, are there any recent Avatar Awards that you
have been able to earn and use without problems? Let us know and we can go from there, thanks!

i recommend calling micrsoft because it seems your not doing anything wrong.

for now can you still check to see if the awards are there?

or go to avatar editor and click on the award

then check to see if its there on your hard drive>avatars

reply back and tell me what you see

Hello Malkav,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have been playing a lot of battleblock theater,and I unlocked hatty's hat. It downloaded for all other accounts on my xbox,but not mine. this is the same problem with every other award.I Press A on the awards,but they say introducing awards. IM SO ANNOYED
HELP.......

The achievement isn't the problem, it's the avatar award that's linked to earning the achievement. I got the achievement but not the avatar award.

all the award says is to get a killtacular in multiplayer matchmaking, my friend was also having problems with "the knight in white assassination" award for Halo 4. i have no idea what the problem is.

I am having the same problem. When I go to my awards page on the Xbox Guide, it shows the list of games I have unlocked awards for but when I click on one, it says, "Your avatar awards appear here. Unlock awards by playing games." The awards are also missing
from the avatar editor page as well.
