    hello, just now I received an email that the payment of my game subscription for PC was canceled, which misses me, since in the windows xbox application it says that the application is automatically renewed on 8/18 /
    2019. Also, just today I was ready to remove the subscription to concentrate on my studies and I don't have much time to play, but because of this it doesn't let me (or I don't know how to do it) because I supposedly have an overdue account.

    Hopefully someone can help me with this case or to clarify if on 8/18/2019 the account will be deleted and I will not owe any money.

    PD: if the answer is in Spanish better forme

    He says it can't be canceled if it's not paid.
    This is understood, but in the application it clearly says that the 18 is renewed, not the 11.
    Also just going to cancel today, 12 of the same month, you open it on the 18th, and why would I have to pay 3600 clp?
    And what happens if I don't pay it? If the 18 is renewed and the silver is not there, everything is erased, I can not use something or what?

    Thanks for the update, if you are unable to pay off the balance or if it has been to long. We recommend to request a call from support. They will be able to assist you with this and help resolve it.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
