problems when changing alias

The only error with login is when I try to login through my xbox and it tells me to go to a website to link something.

(which I did and fixed)

I can login through a private browser fine including the xbox page and microsoft home, My new alias is used to sign in.

I have tried multiple devices and I dont use vpns.

I also forgot to mention that my purchases of windows 10 minecraft and Java Edition Minecraft are gone.

1. Is there an error message when you sign into your account? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
2. Can you please test if these are possible and let us know the results. You may use InPrivate in Microsoft Edge and manually enter your credentials.
   
   • May we know if you have issues signing into your Xbox account using this link - Account with Xbox | Xbox?
     
   • Is your current alias used in signing into your account in Microsoft account | Home? Or is it your previous alias?
     
3. Since this has been an issue with your credentials, please share with us if you have tried to use different device/s and browsers/apps to test this issue?
   
4. Do you have VPN or any third party apps that may hinder the account set-up?

Good to hear that you were able to access your account using the recent alias. In that case, will you be able to have no issue in checking this link and see if all your games or purchases or subscription are stored on the same account - Microsoft Account | Orders and Microsoft account | Services.

For your concern regarding Xbox identity provider, may we ask for the error message for this or code perhaps that is showing everytime it launches? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information. May we ask if in Microsoft Store the Xbox identity provider is updated as well as the Xbox app, Xbox Game Bar, Gaming Services? By the way, are we on Windows 10 or 11? Is there any software (antivirus, antimalware, firewall and PC Optimizer) that is installed or running everytime you encounter an issue with the Xbox identity provider?

For your last concern, may we ask if you can see your purchase of Minecraft from this link - Login | Minecraft. Try to use the current alias and if it does not show try the previous alias or your Mojang account.
