    Updating Problems

    Sorry to hear about your problem. I would first try what I call "Fully Restarting" your console. Turn the console on, then hold the power button down on the console until your screen goes black. Also, check out this page for other troubleshooting ideas.

    Updating Problems

    So i have played Battle Field 4 on my Xbox one for many hours, and now the game has stopped working. This is because the game no longer updates this has happened to most of my other Xbox one games as well. Like NBA 2k14. It says getting ready to update and
    then says something went wrong and says check network i do it and it says its good and then i try again and then it doesn't work. I get stuck in this loop and i can no longer play games. I have contacted Microsoft support about this before and they say i have
    to uninstall my game, which would be all of them or reset my console to factory default.

    My console has had nothing but problems including have to get my controller fixed by Microsoft.

    I am now thinking of buying a PS4 which seems like the better option for me at this time.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
