    Problems unsolved screenshots and video!!!


    Hello, I have recently been having problems with my screenshots and video stored on Live, it happens that after deleting, they come back to show up again, because of this problem I cannot upload new captures and share.

    I've done all the procedures: clear the cache, restore the factory console, delete the captures and videos stored on the console, none of the procedures solved the problem, please ... can someone from support help me?
