my son has subscribed with its account to an subscription to microsoft live box with its xbox one , since he sales it and now he doesn't remmember his account access email and password.

i don't know how to do to cancel it.

Not happy with auto-renewal

Hey Buddy,check out
support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription this will help you cancel auto renewal. By the way most Debt card when you can cancel it and order a new one they usually try to set up so it will not cause any problems with Auto renewal stuff you
may have.

If everything is fine but you still can not cancel the subscription then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat and they should be able to assist you in cancelling the subscription (and refund if available).
