    Not happy with auto-renewal

    Hey Buddy,check out
support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription this will help you cancel auto renewal. By the way most Debt card when you can cancel it and order a new one they usually try to set up so it will not cause any problems with Auto renewal stuff you
    may have.

    Subscription cancellation problems

Hi Tony! My name is Darhlene and I’m here to assist you.

Since this is not a fraudulent charge and I understand that you have already contacted Xbox support to no avail, the best way to resolve this issue is to contact them again, as they have the necessary tools and resources to investigate this case and possibly cancel the automatic subscription renewal.

Just a friendly reminder that we are Xbox gamers just like you in this community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have access to your account or any tools to manage it.

Try to contact their Xbox Live Chat Support, here's how:

    1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
    2. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the right of the screen.
    3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
    4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

    Kind Regards,
    Darhlene

I managed to contact the customer support office, and unfortunately, the subscription cannot be undone.

    Thanks for the help ;)
