    Problems that appear with my XBOX one console


    My XBOX was replaced 3 times during warranty. Last time I could not switched it on was about february/march this year. At the end of may I was not able to switch it on again. I do not wanna pay for next repair as 3 times during warranty the same problem
    appeared! Will my xbox still be covered with warranty service?

    Friend of mine had problems with one of his Day One controllers. Both my Day One and my Titanfall controllers appear to be fine.

    Hello I can't play gears of war 2 split screen in my xbox one since the game freezes and then closes

    I can not play gears of war 2 in split screen in my xbox one, since when I enter the game with 2 sessions started in the console, the game freezes just after the letters with the legend "gears of war" appear and then After a few seconds the game closes.
    The funny thing here is that I had previously played this game on screen divided almost without problems, but for about a week this problem occurs. But I open the game with a single session started in the console the game works without problems. I hope you

    Hey there leogaboardi,

    That's an interesting problem for sure. Is your console in Instant On mode or Energy Saving mode? It's possible the console is downloading updates so it appears to be on. Is this an Xbox One S console or an original Xbox One console?

    I have the original Xbox one. This problem occurred with not only Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ll but Vanguard as well too. I tried a different wifi too along with testing my network and internet connection, it appears to be fine, but the problem is still persisting. My Xbox live appears to be active and isn’t prompting me to connect to Xbox live. I also checked my privacy and online safety settings and there appears to be no restrictions and allows me to play any video game on the Xbox one. I also restarted and power cycled my console in order to attempt to resolve the problem, but the same issue stills keeps happening.

    SO SICK OF XBOX LIVE AND XBOX ONE PROBLEMS !

    Never ever had this problem before and we have three 360s and 2 Ones in the house. Having followed folks advise I have told my console to go offline and games appear to be working. Does this mean that the problem is purely Xbox live and not my console?

    Please advise. Thanks.

    i found the problem from the troubleshooting list. somehow my xbox one profile was set to appear offline. i have never set it to that. once i set it back to appear online, it fixed the problem. now to solve the mystery of how my xbox one profile got set

    XBOX ONE powers off unexpectedly

    Oh also, I am using my existing Xbox One power brick, my new console is running perfectly fine so it appears the problem was not coming from the power supply and was the actual Xbox itself. Hope this helps!
