Problems signing in to my account?

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to try different avenues of trying to regain access and control of your account .

It all pretty much comes down to this:

1. You must know your Microsoft email

2. You must know your Gamertag

3. You must know a debit card / bank card number associated with the account you're trying to recover.

4. You must know console information found within your cons9ole settings (example: Xbox Live Device ID / IP Address)

5. You must be able to access the email associated with the account to receive the code being sent to you when trying to change your password.

Knowing some of this information would help.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

On Xbox, PC or Mobile?

Every time I press the, "Sign in with a Microsoft Account" it shows,"Signing into Microsoft Account". But the problem is that it shows that for a long time & doesn't completely sign in my Microsoft Account.
