    Problems reedeming an xbox live point card, error 80122726.


    I was gifted not long ago a point card of 1200 points and after several attempts trying to enter the code the only answer I got was to seek advice about the error 80122726, so here I am.

    Any suggestions?

    cant down load any thing with my vesa or microsoft points card

    I called the support guys they told me that my points had migrated I never upgraded to beta when I try to use my visa card I get an error code 80153411 and when I tried to redeem a 4000 point Microsoft point card I get the error code 80122726 I need to put
    my 50 $ card in to my account and I would like to be able to bye down loads help

    Purchasing and reedeming on X1

    Just to add something, i had some problems about reedeming my 14 days trial but after i tried a lot i managed to activate my Live Gold. Both problems (reedeming and purchasing) happened right after i pressed confirm.

    With this particular error code, you'll want to get in touch with our Phone Support. They'll be best equipped to look into your account with you and get things sorted out. There is nothing we can do I'm sorry to say but Phone Support should be able to help.

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A GOLD MEMBERSHIP WITH MICROSOFT POINTS ?

    im not sure what he bought, i live on mexico, and he lives on denver, CO and i've no see him online... i was thinking, and maybe the problem could be that when i type the code, i select the option add points instead reedem code, could be that a problem ?
