    Hi, last August I purchased a 3 months XboX Live Gold code and I obtained one more for free.

    This June I redeemed the first code but when I was attempting to redeem the free code, de system said:

    This token has expired and cannot be redeemed.

    Can anybody help me?

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

    I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
    raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription    . This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.

    To check, did you select the "Stay Gold" button on this promotion to purchase more Xbox Live Gold or did you use a prepaid code for Xbox Live Gold?

    We're afraid you will need to have used that Stay Gold option to be eligible for the promotion.
    I did click on stay gold, i did not buy it online and it doesn't say that i have to. When i click on stay gold it takes me to redeem a code, and i redeemed the code but didn't get a movie
