    Problems purchasing stuff of store


    Hi im having trouble purchasing items off the Xbox live store I go to buy an item and it tells me this purchase has to be made from my Xbox one and I am making this purchase on my Xbox one. It happens with all backwards compatible games and any items in
    the avatar store. Can someone please help

    Cant connect to store

    I been purchasing stuff last few weeks fine, and just today i get this problem. I have everything else working fine. I use other movie apps from HBO, Starz, Amazon and Netflix with no problems. Its when i goto rent or buy something from store i get cant
    connect to store check connection. Its not my connection. I had stuff to purchase and rent aswell and this is preventing me. So please fix problem. Others are also experiencing the same problem

    If you're on a child account, you'll need to make the purchases from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have either a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make the purchases.

    Be guided that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

    Here are the troubleshooting steps to perform which will help in making your purchase successful:

    Please set your PC region to the same region of your account in order for both regions to align and allow you to complete a purchase online.

    Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

    Under Country or region, select your new region.

    And then remove and then re-add the card back to your account in order for it to refresh.

    Next is to double-check if the card has enough funds to complete the purchase.

    If incase that after performing these steps the issue persist, kindly give it 24 hours before trying to complete your purchase again in order for all the failed attempts of purchase to refresh and should enable you to complete the next purchase on the account.

    I been having same problem. I been buying stuff last week and such, and now cant buy or rent anything from the store. Says cant connect to store when everything is running fine. I have stuff i want to purchase, but this problem is preventing it. Please fix

    Premium only unlocked 3 out of 5 packs for free?!

    Only buy game related stuff through the in-game store. If you buy it from the MS store you might have these kinds of problems.

    China Rising is NOT free to any but the very first owners of the game who got a code with their purchase.
