problems purchasing new games, even GWG, problems with migrating my account

Hi there.

a "little" problem i have for a long time:

* when i try to buy some games in xbox store from my web browser(not using the console), i see an error saying "problem..., try later... (no error code). This happend a lot of times. Some games work, some dont.

* same problem with GWG, i can purchase some of them, some are not working, i see the same error.

* i once contacted xbox support through online chat, they couldnt find anything wrong with my account, console, credit card, billing info. They gave me 2 months live gold for free as a compensation. but no fix for me

* i recently moved from one country to another. i didnt migrate my profile, problems were the same. i again contacted the support, they checked everything again and even more, after a couple of hours chatting andy trying everything, they said the problem
will be the region mismatch and i should migrate my accout, set the right region in my console and try again. They knew i had these problems even before moving, so no news for me.

* i decided to go for the region change couple days ago. i changed my Locale in the console settings. First problem i encountered right after, was an error message onscreen everytime i open account management in my console settings. error dont affect anything,
console and games are working perfectly.

* when i try to migrate my profile using Přihlaste se k účtu Microsoft site, i get an error. (should i do this even after i changed my locale in the console?)

* i tried to remove all my billing info and credit cards, nothing worked, i still cannot buy some games (offered in the store in my old country and in the new also).

* trying to purchase anything from my console also fails everytime

* when deleted all my payment options in the store, tried to purchase a game and asked to add a payment option, i did that, but when filling billing address, there is allways a field called Country and i can see there my old country and cannot change that.
could there be a problem? (still dunno why this works for some games and not for others)

so, should i do something else besides changing my Locale in the console settings and changing the billing address to a new country? could my account be bound to old country somewhere else in settings?

if Přihlaste se k účtu Microsoft does not work, is it because i allready changed my country in my console or is this crucial for completing the whole migration and i shoul look for
why this gives me an error?

what else can be wrong if the problems were there even before moving to another country?

again, xbox support allready checked for: billing info, credit cards, (after confirmed it was ok we still tried to delete all and fill again) we deleted and redownloaded whole profile on the console, cleared the cache, changed all the passwords, checked
for content availability in my country, reviewed the purchase history so they saw that i allready bought some games before...

dunno what to do, can there be something that even xbox support crew missed?

Dark Souls 1 co-op / help

Little hard to play online with the Gwg edition when the game is having update problems. Granted people who are using the Gwg version can still play with other Gwg users of dark souls

 

Still not receiving points.

I previously posted about problems with registering points after i changed to a new email address for account and was informed that future purchases would be shown in my rewards account. 5 months has passed and I still receive 0 points every month even after
purchasing on a regular basis.

Changing your locale in the console settings is not the same as migrating your account region. So that could still be why you're getting an error. You'd want to contact support again to see if they can help you with the region migration if it's not working
on the site and then see if you're still getting the same errors after your account is migrated.
