Problems.playing xbox play anywhere on pc

Playanywhere is just a game.tag

Any title.that is play.anywhere will have the flag play anywhere on the xbox network.via pc.or console

Not other platforms. Including steam

You just goto.the xbox.store and download the game that you own that is play anywhere

As.some.people.think playanywhere applies to steam or.ps which it doesnt

PC Game Pass is mainly PC only games, but there are a few exceptions. These games would be Xbox Play Anywhere games, which mean you can play on PC and Xbox. Remember that the games that are on PC Game Pass and are part of Xbox Play Anywhere can be played on the console.

What particular games are you talking about?

There are "Xbox Play Anywhere" titles, which are released both on Xbox One and PC. So if you buy it once on Xbox One or PC, you can play it on both.

However, not all Xbox games are "Play Anywhere" titles. A list of

If it's not a Play Anywhere title, you won't be able to play that Xbox game on your PC. And Play Anywhere also only works as a download. You can't use the Xbox disc on your PC to play the game.

As for compatibility with modern Joysticks: As long as the game supports DirectInput (which almost all modern games use), you should be good.

Unfortunately Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title so you would need to purchase the PC version in order to play on the PC.
