    Hi

    I seem to have issues migrating my account to a different region

    I have checked the standard stuff

    • You changed country/regions within the last three months. - Did not do this
    • Your account is currently suspended (for example, the credit card on one of your subscriptions has expired). it is not
    • You’re a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region and will not be a minor in the region you’re moving to. nope
    • You’re not a minor (as defined by applicable law) in your current country/region but will be considered a minor in the country/region you’re moving to. nope
    • Your billing info is incomplete or incorrect on the account (such as your address or phone number). i have a address
    • You have a balance due or any open balance on your account. zero Balance
    I am getting the generic message

    Yes, i changed it just an hour ago. i even didn't expect that I'll get completely empty game store. Is there any way to switch region with the help of someone from xbox support?

    Well two things first if you want fable you might as well make a proper regional account with gold

    Migration isnt instant and can take a few or 30days according to support

    It is best to use your actual region

    Sorry to hear you're running into this. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

    Looking into your account, it does indeed look like you initiated a region migration on 7/6, which would be why you are unable to transfer your region at this time.

    At this point, you will need to wait the required 90 days until you can transfer your region again.

    Thanx for the advice and i changed the phone number but it still wont allow me to change my region. Its so frustrating, but thank you anyway. will keep on trying.
