Problems logging into Xbox Live

I'm having problems logging into Xbox live. The problem started last night. I've checked my internet connection and multiplayer connection which all checked good, and my NAT type is open. I've done a hard reset of xbox, modem and router. I
run a wired connection. I read on other posts to remove the accounts, reset device and add the accounts. After I removed the accounts, the xbox will not let me add any accounts back. I get the busy circle and then it goes back to the "Who are you?" menu. So
now I'm really up a creek. Any suggestions???

I've tried my wireless and a different cable. The internet is work because I can still run the Hulu and Amazon music apps. Last night I was running the network connection test which showed everything as good but then I would click on Connect to Xbox Live
and I would get a message I was not connected to the internet. I'm about ready to move all the hard drive data to my external and reset the device.

Yes, I'm getting the same error. I can't add my account. The screen will show the busy circle and go back to the Who are you scree. I'm about ready to move all the hard drive data to my external drive and reset the Xbox.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with adding your profile to the Xbox console. I recommend to try:

Different Ethernet cable
Try using the Wireless network

If the issue persists, try a different network for troubleshooting purposes. This will help isolate if it is an internet connection issue.
