Problems logging into my minecraft for windows 10 edition

My situation is the next. some time ago I realized that when I logged in xbox in my minecraft for windows 10, the game got a lot stuck to the point of having to turn off my PC to close
the game, I had not passed this until 1 or 2 months, previously I was very fluid almost at 100 fps. If you have any solution I would appreciate it very much.
I already tried to change account and it still does not work.

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....

There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.

I can totally see how these gameplay issues could be concerning/frustrating.

I would say if you haven't yet, try the steps outlined in our support page entitled

Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows 10. It has steps specifically for if you are having problems with your in-game account.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

Regarding the first question I do not know if it refers to me but, if it refers to the behavior of the game what it does is lock, does not respond to any action
Regarding the second, yes, it appears to me that minecraft does not respond and everything is locked.
Regarding the third question is in the game, in the xbox application if I can but in my minecraft no. it simply locks up.
Regarding the fourth question if I have tried but on the xbox page no. and I have also tried thousands of times to uninstall and install the game but when I start session that happens to me. Thank you.

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to try and help.

In order to get a better understanding of the issue, can you clarify exactly what it does when you try logging into your Microsoft account? Do you get any error messages?

Are you having issues logging into the login screen when you launch the game, or can you not login to the Xbox app?

Have you tried to login to account.xbox.com and account.microsoft.com?

If it's not logging into any account, then I don't think it's an account issue. If you haven't done so, I recommend re-installing the game after restarting your PC.

Please answer those questions for us and try restarting your PC and re-installing the game.
