Problems logging into my Halo Waypoint account from the page.

Hello, I have come to ask for help because a couple of days ago I created a Halo Waypoint account from the mobile app to play Halo Infinite and be updated. Everything was fine until I got to the point where I had to verify my email, the problem was that when I went to the Halo Waypoint page, it asked me to log in with my Xbox account, and that was what I proceeded to do, but when I clicked "start session" on the Halo Waypoint page, it didn't load anything and I only got a message that said "Internal Server Error", it didn't matter if I tried it from the page on the mobile or on the PC. The truth is, I don't know if I'm the only one, but this issue prevents me from verifying my account.

If anyone knows what I can do, I would greatly appreciate some help.

Same issue here! And same with not being able to sign in to the support page either. I get the same HTTP ERROR 500.

Please advise if this is still happening.

We did see a solution go around for a similar issue where individuals were able to clear their browser caches and it fixed the issue. Please attempt to do this and if you are still experiencing this problem, reply back to this thread and I can investigate further.
