    As of today I performed the system update on my XBOX 360. When the console rebooted, I had a very unpleasant surprise. My internal hard drive has stopped working, resulting in its formatting. I lost all saved game data, profiles, downloaded games and other
    items contained in my hard drive. I would like Microsoft to report on the occurrence and all the damage I had today 20/11/2016. I am not satisfied with this error. This never happend. For

    knowledge I am a computer science professional and I work in the area for 20 years, I understand very well of hardware and software. This prejudice, to me, is unforgivable. I request retraction from Microsoft.

    Erro 102

    after atualization xbox one, my xbox console is erro 102, i try restore default factory, but, erro 102 again, again, again.
