    Problems following change of login


    HI

    I have recently had to change the email address i use to login to xbix live due to a change of internet provider.

    Although i can see my old gamertag () and icon on my new login i have lost all of my gamer score as well as all of The personalized settings from my xbox.

    Can i get these back

    My account is signing in somewhere else

    I would change your login details to see if that will clear things up. If somebody else has your login details, they can cause some real problems and even get your account banned.

    Hi,

    be sure to check what Gamertag is shown at xbox.com

    if that shows the correct gamertag and gamerscore etc then it's worth it to try to remove your profile and redownload it

    If you have two steps u can login on web browser but will have problem to login on some apps. please follow the steps on site.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I can understand the inconvenience this login problem has caused you. It's really weird that you can't login to your new account but these old ones. Let's try the following steps:

    • Visit Microsoft account, sign in to your account and see if there is any problem. If there is a problem with your account, there will usually be a message telling you what you should do next.
    • Try to change your password when you are stuck on the login page.

    And if possible, I also recommend logging into your account on someone else's PC.

    Follower problem

    They are followers as they have added you and friends if you add them. You cant remove them as it's due to them adding you so your option is to block them so they have no access to your feed, messages etc
    It's unfortunate that that's how it works but ok, i'll just do that, thaks a los for answering
