Problems downloading a game purchased in the US. I am in Mexico.

I downloaded a digital game for my 360 in the US. I deleted it and want to download it in Mexico.

My account shows that I already purchased it and I cannot re purchase it. My region code on my console is Mexico.

Ideas?

I'm not sure if it was Xbox brand. I think so? But I'm not at all sure.

I am located in Mexico. I have downloaded other games, but I wonder if that is the problem.

I downloaded it in mexico the first time i made the purchase, made a USA account to use the points

and even so the game is available in both regions so that wouldnt be the problem

this is messed up since i bought the game and payed the 20 bucks, they'll make me pay for it again.?
