Problems dowloading games

Did you already try to power cycle the console in order to clean the cache??

At the moment i don't have an external hard drive but i'll see about getting one

Are you downloading directly to your internal hard drive? If so, maybe try downloading to an external hard drive to see if it works.

I tried the wired connection but it did unfortunately work, can this problem come from the disk?

Not likely, Let's have you try to remove your profile and then re-add it to the console to see if that helps.

The latency is very very high and could be causing the syncing problem. Are you using a wireless or wired connection? If wireless, please try a wired connection and see if it helps.
