Problems creating service request

I understand you're having a problem creating a Service Request for your Elite Controller. Your browser may not be connecting properly to the service request portal or there may be a server malfunction causing the error message you are seeing with the TraceID. You might attempt the following methods to address the problem:

1. Retry after some time has passed because server failures or connectivity problems occasionally get better on their own. Retry creating the service request after some time has passed.

2. Clear the cache in your browser: Sometimes, problems with web page loading can be fixed by clearing the cache in your browser. To create the service request, try deleting your cache and then refreshing the page.

3. Use a different web browser: Try making the service request using a different web browser. Try using Firefox or Safari if you are currently using Chrome as an alternative.

4. Contact customer service: If the problem continues and you are still unable to submit the service request, get in touch with Xbox customer service. They might be able to create a Service Request on your behalf.

I hope one of these suggestions enables you to address the problem and properly submit the service request.

As an addition, the error it keeps giving me is this:

No services found

No service offers are available

Don't know why. Had this since I got it back from repair last time. This will be the third time I need to send it in for repair, and it seems to me even the repair process isn't as solid as it should be...

If you are not able to create a repair order online can you first please try clearing your browser history and cached information plus try using an alternate browser to see if this allows you to create the service request. If you are still not able to raise
a service request can you please try contacting the Xbox support team directly by using the
Contact us link and then select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone support and they should be able to assist with creating a service request.
