problems creating a service order on my xbox one x

Hi all, I have had an issue with my xbox one x where I cannot boot up my xbox one x and it will not do an offline update or a factory reset.

So I decided about 2 months ago I should go ahead and create a service order but when I go to create the order this message comes up: We’re sorry. We are unable to process your request online at this
time. Please contact Microsoft Support for assistance. (S+M8rP3hoEaBfKxN.55).

I have tried multiple times at different times of the day for the last 2 months and have tried the whole "Talk to a gamer thing" but that didn't work. If anybody has had this happen to them and know how to fix this problem or anybody that may have any suggestions
on how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

Hello Harry,

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. In this case, it would be best to talk to an Xbox support agent so that they can set up your repair. You would need to follow the steps in the
contact us portal here.

For Step 1 Select Xbox one

Step 2 Select See other options, then select "Warranty, Service & Repair"

Step 3 select Show contact options

You should then have the option to Chat with support. Please not that this is different from "Message with an xbox gamer"

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are not getting the option to create a repair order for your console. Are you using the Xbox 360, original Xbox One, Xbox One S or Xbox One X? Did you purchase the console from a third-party
retailer? We have a support article that explains
how to create a repair order. If the option to create a repair is still not appearing, we recommend using the article on a different device or web browser. You can also
request a call or chat with a live agent through the Xbox Support website so they can create the order. You may need to adjust your selections to get those options to appear.

Device Support page or use the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent. If you have an order already created, please respond to the last email sent to you regarding your service order to get in contact with support.

There are 3 x 1 month free trials per new xbox console. In order to access the trial you'll need to create a brand new account on the console. When it asks you to join live select No. It will then offer you a one month free trial of the Live service.
