Problems continue with Microsoft bingo

I really enjoy playing Bingo, but the problems continue. For 2 days I have tried to connect and got a connection in progress flashing screen. About 15 min. ago it started working again. I used about 1500 coins to complete 2 cards. When I hit enter to
see the rewards screen it froze. This is the second time in the past week it happened. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, please get the problems with microsoft bingo corrected

 

when does microsoft come with an update for bingo that works

Why is there always problems with connection error to server in Microsoft bingo. I Experiens problems with that every day and for the two past days bingo say connection error but i can play Microsoft solitaire without these problems. Oh maby i should tell
that i am playing it on a Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet with windows 10 and it is only in bingo it happens all the other Microsoft games i play functions almost always

 

I would recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting stuff (if you haven't already) such as rebooting the computer, checking for updates, and signing out of your account in the game and the Microsoft store on the computer.

I've done all of the troubleshooting & reinstalling "stuff". I've gotten a new computer AND changed Xbox accounts. The problems have been going on for a couple of years.

 

Did that several times and set up a new Xbox account.
