It's better than calls

in the same place you ask for the call there is another link where it says connect to chat

they should check your account for that problem

NOTE: it is with technical support not with the ambassadors because they do not have access to the account

First off, your not alone in problems with xbox live. Everybody now and then has problems with connection and dowloading content. In terms of connection, I would suggust going with a wired connection as it stronger and has a tendency to lag less. Wireless
is also good to if you can't go wired. If you continue to have problems with your connection Xbox has a cusotmer support number, 1-800-4MY-XBOX and you can also go into the Xbox support tab and contact a support representative via online chat. Hope this helps.

I highly recommend using the call back or live chat options. You will be connected directly to a support agent which makes it much easier to explain your problem and to communicate.

Click on the console button for 10 seconds, disconnected from the electric current for 20 seconds, connect and check if it solved your problem, I recommend using the chat to communicate with support is faster

Hello again, do not know where you tried to connect with a supervisor, but the best way to contact support is via chat so they can guide you, it is unusual for a new console to present this problem.
