    Problems connecting Solitaire Collection to cloud


    My Solitaire Collection stopped to connect cloud and I got a notice that problem might be error code 101. However, I couldn't resolve the problem and reinstall the software but my Windows 10 refuses to connect on the Microsoft page from where to download
    Solitaire Collection software.

    Then I remove the old installation and tried again with the same result.

    My all other net connections work fine and Solitaire Collection works also fine at my other PC which is using the same router.

    What should I do to get my Solitaire Collection back?

    Windows 10 is up to date    . There may be a software issue that is affecting the game. This troubleshooting step will help us rule that out. Microsoft Solitaire is a Microsoft casual game. Therefore, the

    Microsoft Casual Games Community     will be able to assist you with this issue. The webpage we provided has a section entitled, "I'm getting an error code in my game. What should I do?" which contains solutions for this issue. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Looking through this forum there are 3, now 4 people suffering the some problems with Microsoft Sudoku. I have not been apply to sign in for the last 30 hours.

    The message is 'unable to connect to Xbox server check your internet connection'.

    I am able to connect to the Internet, Solitaire Collection and Mahjong.

    There must be a problem at Microsoft Cloud.
