    Problems buying online


    Hi guys, I'm trying to buy games online through my computer. I'm away from my xbox. Anyways, I'm in Canada, logged in to my account on the Canadian microsoft site and when I click on a game I want to buy, it brings me to the European French version of microsoft
    with the prices in Euros. It doesn't seem to want to stay on the canadian site. My account has CAnada as its country of region. I've never had this problem before.

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    Hmm, that's odd. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Or tried a different browser? Are you able to try a different PC? And have you tried making purchases via the Xbox app on a smartphone by any chance?
