    Hello Diego,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are having difficulties making purchases for digital content from the Xbox. What exactly are you trying to purchase?

    Usually, that error message means that you need to get in contact with a support agent in order to resolve this billing issue. As we do not have, nor can we gain access to your account, it would be best to
    contact a live Xbox support agent.

    Aside from that, have you also tried making these purchases from the
    Xbox.com     website using your account/gamertag? If not, give it a shot and let us know the resutls!

    It depends on what you're trying to buy. The One/website have never been updated to work with the Microsoft account balance for 360 content. You would have to use a 360 in order to buy 360 (or original Xbox) content. If it's One content, you should have
    no problem using it.
