Problems after Insider updates on Xbox One S.

And i updated before, then means i am not Insider Preview member. I got problem only in this update. I bought the Xbox One S this last 3 months.

I am having the same problems here with my Xbox One S and my Samsung KS8000.

The first time I used my Xbox One S HDR was fine. After a preview update the problem appeared. I reverted back to the normal update and still same problem.

I changed some video settings like putting 12 bit colors and now the HDR problem looks solved. But definitely the Xbox one S has some HDR issues.

Fixed on xbox one


go to the store and type in: “Xbox insider”

download insider app, open it and from there select the early update.



once done restart Xbox. goto settings, system, updates... update xbox.

With respect, it is not fixed on Xbox One, if the fix requires an end user to sign up to be an insider, ( translated to beta tester )

And,, after actually doing the insider thing to find there is not an update.

Sign in on any Xbox One console or Windows 10 PC with your Microsoft account registered in the Xbox Insider Program.

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.

In the Xbox Insider Hub, navigate to Settings > Manage devices.

Select the console(s) or device(s) you wish to remove from the Xbox Insider Program, then select Done.

You can un-enroll it by installing the Xbox Insider Hub from the store

Then go into the Xbox Insider hub on the Xbox > On the left Insider Content > under System, Xbox One Update Preview - and remove

You need to report problems encountered after Dashboard updates via the Xbox Insiders Report a problem function so that the Dashboard team can get data from your console when you file the report. Posting your comments here on the forums doesn't help as you
aren't including the diagnostic information that is collected from your console.

If you aren't willing to follow the proper Xbox Insider reporting protocol or be affected by unexpected bugs/changes during Preview updates then maybe you should consider unenrolling your console(s).
