    Hi there!

    So a few months ago I ran into this problem where my original Xbox One don't want to connect wirelessly to my original Xbox One controller anymore after an update unless I stay literally just 2 cm away from it. . I thought the problem was that the controller
    was broken so I had to play wired for a long time. When the new XSX controllers came out I thought that they will solve the problem so I bought one, today it arrived, I switched on my console, I paired the new controller, and finally I could play wirelessly
    again. But as soon as I connected the console to the internet I had to update the controller firmware, and as soon as I did that the same problem I was facing before came back, and it's so frustrating because that mean that I spent money to end up with solving
    nothing. So here I'm asking, does anyone know how to rollback to previews firmawares or how to solve the problem? I tried everything, from restoring the console to controller troubleshooting, re-pairing everything again and again but nothing worked. Please
    HELP.

    I have the same problem. I bought the Xbox One Stereo Headset today and was prompted to update the firmware. After the update, the controller disconnected about 10 times in roughly an hour. Prior to the firmware update, the controller never had any uncommanded
    disconnects.

The latest Xbox controller firmware update may affect Bluetooth connectivity and performance with some older non-Xbox devices. If your controller is having Bluetooth-related issues after a firmware update, you can choose to revert your controller to an earlier firmware version to correct the problem.

    On your Xbox console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Xbox Support > Get help > Help topics > Hardware & networking > Controllers > My Xbox controller has connection issues after the last update. Select Check your controller’s firmware to open the controller firmware reversion screen in the Xbox Accessories app, and then follow the instructions in the app.

    Note: You can also use this link to revert your controller’s firmware on a Windows device. You will need to have the Xbox Accessories app for Windows installed for the Check your controller’s firmware link to work. If you don’t have the app, get it here: https://aka.ms/xboxaccessoriesupdateapp
