Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand that you are trying to use a mic with your Xbox one, but the Xbox is not recognizing that the mic is plugged in. Is this correct?

Hopelijk worden directeuren wakker bij Microsoft en zorgen ze nu eindelijk eens op antwoord! Op een andere issue pagina kreeg ik wel reactie! Wellicht een nieuwe issue openen met betaling is niet gelukt? Of contact opnemen lukt niet?

Waarschijnlijk zijn er problemen met Xbox.

Er zijn meer meldingen hier op het forum te lezen waarbij mensen niet in kunnen loggen.

sorry to hear. Of course, it is annoying if the usual quality of the network is currently from time to time not possible. But the integration of the computers, Playstation and also the new cloud service lead to an increased effort in
the network, which is why there are currently many modifications within the network. However, this should enable us to have other gaming experiences in the future. Please have some patience! To Speed Up your Network connection, you can try to change the DNS
(for example Opendns or Google). For me (Germany), it has helped to reduce the frequency of disconnections.

P.S. If your console is connected via wireless you should also try to use RJ45 cable to speed up!

Sorry om te horen. Natuurlijk is het vervelend als de gebruikelijke kwaliteit van het netwerk op dit moment van tijd tot tijd niet mogelijk is. Maar de integratie van de computers, PlayStation en ook de nieuwe Cloud service leiden tot een grotere inspanning
in het netwerk, daarom zijn er momenteel veel wijzigingen binnen het netwerk. Dit zou ons echter in staat moeten stellen om in de toekomst andere spelervaringen te hebben. Gelieve geduld te hebben! Om uw netwerkverbinding te versnellen, u proberen om de DNS
te veranderen (bijvoorbeeld OpenDNS of Google). Voor mij (Duitsland) heeft het geholpen om de frequentie van verbroken verbindingen te verminderen.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues connecting to multiplayer. Is this multiplayer game modes, or is it connecting with others? What type of error do you get when you try and connect? You can try rebooting all network hardware. Then

power cycle console, when back on see if you are able to connect.
