problème xbox live

Hi there!

Heya ClanCampbell.

Sorry to hear about the troubles with Xbox Live. To start out, if you're using a child account, the parent account tied to your Gamertag will need to set the privileges on your account. Can you share what the exact error message you're receiving says so that
we can get you on the right path to allowing your account to access what it needs to?

Salut,

Translation:

Hello,

You should know that when you subscribe to Xbox Live Automatic renewal is activated automatically.

What is now rather inflated is to renew by debiting the payment method associated with the account while the subscription comes from a prepaid card... So now you have to turn off the automatic renewal

Hey Kader,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon redeeming a subscription code, you are given the option to auto renew or to let the subscription cancel out on its own. If you wish to turn this off, please try our
