    Hello,

    My XBox One X can't read any Blu Ray, I've got a HDCP error (error code 0x91D7000A).

    My TV support HDCP 2.2, and it works fine with my PS4 Pro.

    I tried to switch HDMI port and cable, uninstall the blu ray application, reboot the XBox... no effect.

    any idea ?

    Xbox one s not playing 4K blurays

    So I am getting the same issue as the original poster my Xbox One S does upscale my games and everything works pretty good but I cannot get my UHD blu rays to display in 4K resolution. I am faced with this issue 0x91d7000a. It mentioned something about
    hdcp compliancy, my television is hdcp 2.2 compliant on all 4 HDMI ports.

    I also get the HDCP 2.2 error msg especially after switching TV’s ...LG ultra HD back to regular HD TV .... i have auto detect but doesn’t usually work...the only thing that solved this for me was to
    physically pull the plug on my XBOX ONE X for a few seconds...evidently it reboots to default ....(note:holding the remote XBOX BUTTON does not work)... same goes for unknown error codes and screen black outs when using Pandora
    and not quitting the app or occasionally downloading from the STORE.... hope this works for u

    Xbox One S fails playing Ultra HD Blu-ray

    After troubleshooting some more last night I was able to successfully get blu ray discs and 4k blu ray discs by changing the resolution in settings to 1080p and then back to 4k. I believe this forced the "handshake" which got rid of my HDCP error that I
    was getting. (Error 0x91d7000a)

    Just wanted to pass this along. Curious if this resolves the issue for others!
