    Bonjour,

    Je rencontre un problème pour me connecter sur les réseaux 2.4g avec ma Xbox one x.

    Je n'avais pas ce souci avec ma one fat. La console est dans une pièce qui est relié internet via CPL. J'ai le choix entre 2.4g ou 5g pour la bande passante. J'aimerais me connecter au 2.4g car le signale est de meilleur porté et je n'ai pas les perte
    qu'il m'arrive d'avoir sur le 5g.

    Seulement quand je veux me connecter au 2.4, la Xbox ne parviens pas se connecter et me demande de débrancher le router et de recommencer le test de connexion. ( Mon cpl fonctionne très bien) j'ai fais le test pour m'apercevoir que j'avais bien un souci
    pour me relier en 2.4g, en me connectant sur le partage de connexion de mon smartphone en 2.4g, je n'arrive pas non plus me connecter avec la one x.

    Via 5g, la console arrive se connecter.

    Quelqu'un t'il une solution ce problème ?

    That’s a bit unfortunate, I bought the console in California then moved to Italy, so I think it may be time for an upgrade. Thanks for the help though!

    I’m using an Xbox One X, I’ve tried to use a mobile hotspot on 2.4Ghz but it doesn’t show up either. No other 2.4Ghz networks show up on the list either, and manually adding the network just says it cannot connect.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:

    What console do you have?
    Is this happening only with your home Wi-Fi network or are you not able to see other 2.4Ghz networks?
    If you didn’t tested that you can try sharing mobile data via Wi-Fi hotspot and verify in that way
    Did you not tried adding your Wi-Fi network manually using the Xbox settings?
