Problème visuel[Translation-visual problem]

Bonjour,

Depuis un certain temps ma xbox présente un problème visuel. Il s'agit de trait verdâtre qui vienne pollué l'image des différents jeu.

Dans l'accueil xbox aucun problème, pas de problème non plus quand elle lie des DVD, par contre sur certain jeu certain endroit des menus ou alors en jeu (dans le ciel par exemple) j'ai les pollutions qui apparaisse.

J'ai déj tous supprimer de ma xbox car on m'avais dit que cela pouvais être un dossier qui était corrompu je l'ai réinitialisé.

J'ai ensuite changer le câble hdmi changer l'écran rien y fait. Quelqun a déj eu ce problème ?

Je pense prochainement changer la prise hdmi

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on visuals. Could this also be the TV itself? Do the lines only show up in areas of black or dull contrast? As you stated it is on multiple games, this leans more to the TV side of
things. Are you able to try a different TV in the house to see if they show on another TV as well?
