Bonjour,

J'ai récemment pré commandé Minecraft Dungeon édition héro.

Suite cet achat je suis allé vérifier sur mon compte en banque la facturation et celle-ci c'est bien effectuée.

Le problème est que ce matin je vais voir sur le microsoft store la date de sortie du jeu pour voir combien de temps il me reste attendre avant de pouvoir y jouer et je remarque que sur la page il me demande de pré commander et donc de payer nouveau
pour avoir le jeu ( alors que je l'ai acheté il y a 3 semaines et qu'il y avait marquer "installé" au dessus de la présentation du jeu ) et pouvoir l'installer. Pour remédier ce problème j'ai voulu annuler cet achat et le refaire par la suite sauf que le
principale problème est qu'il ne s'affiche pas dans mon historique d'achat et donc je ne peux pas récupérer mon argent. Il faudrait que je débourse nouveau 30 euros pour avoir le jeu !

J'aimerais savoir si il est possible d'avoir un code pour le jeu ou un remboursement total de celui-ci pour le reprendre car sinon je me serais fait arnaqué 30 euros sur le microsoft store.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have questions on a pre-order. The reason why it says pre-order is the game is not released yet. Personally says the same thing to me. The game comes out May 26, 2020. If you want a refund you can
cancel the pre-order in your
order history.
