Probleme succés restant bloqués [achievements staying locked]

bonjour,

J'ai un soucis avec mes succes sur AC2 de ezio collection (valable pour mes autres jeux)

Mes succes ne se debloquent pas (36h de jeu), j'ai vidé 3 fois le cache, supprimer mon compte, eu microsoft au tel et par chat, rien n'y fait, tout reste bloqué depuis plus d'une semaine.

Xbox connectée automatiquement au live, pas de probleme reseau....

Halo The Master Chief Collection

I have two achievements that say they are done unlocking but they are not going on to achievements that are unlocked they are staying in the locked achievements. There needs to be a fix to this problem because this is a joke. how could you release a game
with so many problems on it. this problem should of been fixed before the game was released. Disappointed xbox customer.

 

Unlocked achievements got locked

Seems to be a problem with the latest update with achievement being added then taken away then staying 100% locked. Hope they fix it soon as I have a few do this and are still locked.
