Bonjour.

Il y a quelques jours j'ai fais l'acquisition du jeu snow runner premium édition, avec le season pass, dans un magasin de revente de jeux vidéo.

Malheureusement lorsque j'essaye de rentrer le code me donnant accès au season pass dans le microsoft store il me dit que celui ci est déj utilisé. Y-a-t'il un moyen de récupérer un code valide ?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a code. As the game was purchased used, you may want to reach out to the store you bought it from. There is no way to replace a code from a used game. As there is nothing more we can do

I'm having the same problem. I redeemed my code for the season pass, but it still says that I need to not only buy the dlc, but that I also still need to buy the season pass. I've put the code in multiple times and it says that the code is already in use.

Same thing with me, The code card says it came with the season pass but if I check the season pass page on xbox.com or on the console it tells me I have to buy the season pass...
