Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

• Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox 360 console.
  
• After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
  
• Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox 360 console.

Hey JONATHAN, thanks for taking the time to bring us this issue! We suggest trying our

Network Troubleshooter since it might be fixed by following the steps listed on there. Also clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) as well since it could have the old security proofs from the old router:

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

Settings

Network

Network settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC address

Select Clear and then Restart
