Je vous explique la situation , mon petit frère agée de 10 ans jouant sur ma Xbox a acheter un pack "Paladins" avec mes crédits (comme j'etait en stage je ne pouvais pas le voir ) en rentrant j'ai vu les achats et je suis aussitot parti demander un remboursement
, le support ma repondu au bout de 72h (ce qui est normal) en me demandant plus d'information sur le remboursement , je l'ai fait ( j'ai redonner les informations , date d'achats , numero de commandes , nom du produits , prix , etc ...) Cependant ! quand j'ai
envoyer l'email de réponse , le support ne ma pas répondu est ce normal ? Doit je faire quelque chose d'autre aider moi svp ......
