Probleme mit Physischen Spielen auf der normalen Xbox One [Problems with Physical Games on...

Hallo liebe Leute.

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe Rise of the Tomb Raider auf CD in einwandfreiem Zustand. Habe das Spiel installiert und auch schon gespielt. Jetzt habe ich schon 2× das Problem gehabt, dass das Spiel nicht Starten wollte als ich die CD eingelegt habe. Auch wenn die CD schon drinnen
war und ich auf das Spiel Icon auf der Startseite drückte, schlug mir die Konsole vor die Testversion zu starten oder das Spiel im Store zu kaufen. Nach einigen malen rein und raus hat es jetzt dann endlich gestartet.

Andere Spiele startet die Konsole ohne Probleme. Lediglich bei Doom Eternal erscheint, wenn ich die CD einlege, der Spiele Hub wo ich zu installierende Inhalte etc auswählen kann worüber ich dann das Spiel starte.

Ich kann auch keine physischen Xbox 360 Spiele installieren, egal welche. Meine Freundin wollte sich eine Serie die sie auf DVD hat ansehen, was auch nicht funktionierte.

Die gleichen DVDs haben auf unserem Blu Ray player einwandfrei funktioniert.

Die Konsole wird im Mai 6 Jahre alt und ich bin im Insider Programm. Normal im Beta Ring.

Ich hab echt Bammel, dass jetzt kurz vor erscheinen der neuen Generation meine Xbox den Geist aufgibt und ich für ein paar Monate eine neue Konsole kaufen muss.

Der Support konnte mir auch nicht mehr sagen, als dass ich die Konsole aif Werkszustand zurücksetzen soll.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen.

My girlfriend wanted to watch a series that she had on DVD, which didn't work either.

The same DVDs worked perfectly on our Blu Ray player.

The console will be 6 years old in May and I am in the Insider Program. Normal in the beta ring.

I'm really bumbling that now just before the new generation of the new generation my Xbox gives up the ghost and I have to buy a new console for a few months.

The support couldn't tell me more than to reset the console aif factory state.
