Bonjour tous !

J'ai un problème assez gênant.

J'ai acheté une manette xbox one neuve sans fil, avec lequel j'utilise la batterie rechargeable officielle pour la xbox one.

J'utilise cette même manette sur mon Pc. Tout allait bien jusqu' la semaine dernière, ou ma manette s'est mise se déconnecter aléatoirement, de plus en plus souvent. Aujourd'hui, en deux heures de jeu, elle s'est déconnectée trois fois. C'est extrêmement
gênant !

Le problème ne vient pas de la batterie, elle est chargée, ni du câble, qui lui marche sans souci.

Que puis je faire ?

Bonjour je possède une manette élite encore sous garantie, quand je me rends sur l page dédiée et que je veut enregistrer ma manette cela ne fonctionne pas et un message d erreur ( un problème est survenu de notre côté ) comment vérifier et
envoyer ma manette en sav ?

Probleme manette [Translation-Problem Controller ]

Hello fellow gamer,

Sorry for the issue with the controller. I have personally had the same issue. First off make sure the Xbox console is plugged directly into the wall and not into a extension cord or power strip. Once that is done try to

resync the controller. If that doesn't work take the batteries or battery pack out of the controller let sit for a minute without them in. Put the batteries back in then try and resync.

If you have a charge cable plug it in to the controller and console and update the controller by going to Settings>Kinect and devices>Devices and accessories>then go to the three dots …> on the top box that says firmware version hit the A button.

Merci pour votre réponse, j'ai bel et bien une manette officielle microsoft. Mais le problème reste que la manette n'est pas reconnue par le logiciel "accesoires xbox"...

Maintenant il y a des vendeurs qui réparent les manettes ( veuillez vous renseigner auprès des votres ) , il y a aussi des tutos sur youtube si vous vous sentez capable de changer le bouton par vous-même.
