Bonjour j'ai un petit soucis avec ma manette elle ne fait plus detecter par ma console mais elle reste allumer comme si elle est toujour connecter a ma console, quellqu'un peux m'aider ?

probleme: la manette se déconnecte tout le temps, le probleme semble etre le connecteur, pouvez-vous m'aider!

Lorsque je débranche le connecteur et le rebranche ca fonctionne, par contre ne reste pas connecté.

Problème de garantie manette élite

Bonjour je possède une manette élite encore sous garantie, quand je me rends sur l page dédiée et que je veut enregistrer ma manette cela ne fonctionne pas et un message d erreur ( un problème est survenu de notre côté ) comment vérifier et
envoyer ma manette en sav ?

Hello fellow gamer,

Sorry for the issue with the controller. I have personally had the same issue. First off make sure the Xbox console is plugged directly into the wall and not into a extension cord or power strip. Once that is done try to

resync the controller. If that doesn't work take the batteries or battery pack out of the controller let sit for a minute without them in. Put the batteries back in then try and resync.

If you have a charge cable plug it in to the controller and console and update the controller by going to Settings>Kinect and devices>Devices and accessories>then go to the three dots …> on the top box that says firmware version hit the A button.

If the issue returns we suggest a reset of the console since the issue could be a mismatched update (console and controller) since
the actual OS of the console looks to be the issue we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps and having the controller plugged in) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with your controller. If you went over the troubleshooting article:

Troubleshoot your Xbox One Wireless Controller and the issue is still present.

Try a different controller

If you have another controller, see if it also disconnects. Make sure the battery is fully charged and then play for a while to test it.

If the second controller works, you may need to replace the first controller. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, then select
Replace an accessory. If both controllers disconnect often, your console may need service. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, register your Xbox if it doesn’t already appear there, then select
Request repair.

Replace your controller

If the previous solutions didn't get your controller connected to the console, your controller needs to be replaced.

Go to
Device Support, sign in with your Microsoft account, register your Xbox if it doesn’t already appear there.

I had already done a reset of xbox one x but still had the problem but I think the problem should be that the console was not in front of me
