Bonsoir, nos avons effectue le paiment de l’abonnement pour 3mois, je n’ai recu aucun code, aucun mail , ... alors que l’argent a bien ete prelever , que faire ?

Hello Mederic,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have issue with purchase of Xbox live gold. We recommend check on the account you made the purchase with. As with Xbox live you can purchase the subscription without a code entered and it will be applied to
the account automatically. Let us know if it is active already or not then we will go from there.

the way as intended, then I suggest removing and redownloading your account as outlined in our support article entitled How
to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

I have an order number but when I go to my purchase history I have nothing at all
