Probleme langue film

Bonsoir, j'ai un probleme avec un film loué sur la xbox one, j'ai bien choisi audio français , mais cela a mis une autre langue ducoup je ne peu pas le regarder. Pourriez vous svp le mettre en français ou me rembourser? C'est le livre de la jungle 2016 .
