    bonjour ,

    je viens vers vous car je ne sais plus quoi faire.... je viens d'acheter le pack ultime a 75 euros et impossible de jouer , une fois le jeux

    lancé un message apparait en me demandant de me connecté a un profil alors que je suis déj connecté sur mon pc , microsoft store et part contre impossible de lancé également "xbox app".

    Pour éviter de perdre du temps j ai déj tout essayé je ne sais plus quoi faire !!!!

    Compliqué de simplement lancer un jeu , bizarre car steam le fait très bien …

    Hello Clipper,

    Make sure you are
    signed into the Xbox app     with the profile that purchased the game. You could be getting this error due to you purchased the game on one account and trying to play on another.

    I have the same problem here when the game was launched and resolving by cleaning standby memory before play with RAMMap.
